Conecting Problem - schlitzohr144 - 12-15-2022 09:32 PM Hello everyone, I have the following problem: When I make a phone call to certain numbers with my new SIP-T58W, the phone simply hangs up again when the other party picks up. But only for a few numbers. Why is that? Contact your phone provider about your issue, because you have issues with only a few numbers. RE: Conecting Problem - schlitzohr144 - 12-16-2022 08:15 PM Hello thank you very much for the answer. Have all firmware up to date. The privateer cannot explain why this happens. If I call the corresponding numbers on the same connection with the T46U, it works. so it will be a problem from the phone! Hi, Please try this: Factory reset the phone, re-provisioning it and try again. If you use PoE to power the phone, then I suggest using a power adapter instead. RE: Conecting Problem - schlitzohr144 - 12-16-2022 10:24 PM Hello, I reset the t58 to factory settings but it didn't help. No, don't use PoE but a power supply. I also used it from a completely different network but nothing changed. If yes, then try to use another extension number... maybe you can use the extension number from the T46U? If not, then I'm out of ammo and can't help you further. ![]() |
