T57W on firmware 96.86.100.5 - call central - 12-14-2022 09:04 PM
I have a client that has a bunch of T57W's and their firmware version is on 96.86.100.5.
They are on 3CX, i'm not sure how they ended up on this version as the latest version on 3CX is 96.86.0.74 and the latest version on the yealink site is 96.86.0.70
Some of the functions of the phone when on this newer firmware dont seem to play nice with 3CX (the DND key isnt working).
I think possibly the vendor we bought them from sent them with this firmware.
Anyway, can i roll these phones back to firmware 96.86.0.70 without causing an issue such as bricking the phones?
