Hello, I need advice here. I have a new W78P (W70B+W78H), but it wont receive calls. It is registered, so it can send calls just fine. It shows notifications for new voicemails. But when it's number is called, the handset does not ring. There is no notification that it ever received a call, nothing in the call logs except outgoing calls.
I have set up other Yealink phones on our network but this is our first cordless one. I have looked at the settings for hours, not sure what's wrong.
DND is off and forwarding is off.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I got it working, had to enable RTP encryption in the advanced settings.
