Hi,
I have a new WH67 headset and it just works fine in combination with a CX3. The problem is, that every now and then the headset disconnects itself for some seconds from the base unit before it reconnects again, even if I'm within only 1 meter away from the base.
This can happen during a call or even if the headset lies on the base.
It is very annoying at least in the middle of a call.
Newest firmware is installed.
Any idea what I can do or is this a defect or a general problem?
