Good Evening,
This is for the T48S
I was hoping if someone could answer a couple questions.
1. Is there a way to locked down the touchscreen buttons to prevent a end user from changing them ? These phones would be implemented in a small business where the are just common space areas, such as a POS desk, office, kitchen.
2. Is there a way when picking up the receiver when no call is ringing for it not to automatically go to a live keypad on the screen? It is annoying to pick up a parked call but have to push the home key to get back to the main screen before I can pick up a call parked on a designated button/
