T31G Firmware Resetting Cycling - medusanyc - 09-23-2022 11:52 PM

I have 3 T31G phones that when they are powered on start by displaying the welcome screen which disappears then it says firmware updating Do not power off. Unable to complete Bad URL read, then starts over again.


what can be done to fix this cycling.

i sniffed the network and found the device. i can ping it while it is displaying the firmware message but can not connect or do anything else.

Are the phones new out-of-the-box, or have they been used elsewhere?
