Has anyone found a Y-cable that works with Yealink phones to allow two headsets to plugin to the same phone for training purposes?
I am aware of the "training" mode for Yealink phones where the second headset can be plugged into the handset jack: http://forum.yealink.com/forum/archive/index.php?thread-40425.html
But, it's a little tough to teach my trainers how to do that, and it means I need to give them admin access to the phone in order to make changes between when they are training and when they are just working. I really don't want to open that pandora's box.
So, is there a Y-cable connector that works for the Yealink wired headsets?

Yes there are Y-cable connectors but the type you need is going to depend on your headset. We have a client that uses a Plantronics headset and there is a quick-disconnect Y-cable that they used.
