Unable to add new devices to Management Cloud Service - Steven_Reid - 07-15-2022 04:13 AM Hi, I am trying to add some Teams Phone devices to the Management Cloud Service portal at dm.yealink.com, but they still show up as Offline I have managed to add one device and that shows as online, but other devices from other offices do not. Are there any troubleshooting options I can follow? Thanks in advance. Steven |
