Yealink loses network during a call - jardelp90 - 07-12-2022 09:30 PM

We have a problem on 20 yealink T31p, the phone is without network during a call, the network error, but we tested with another ip device manufacturer and the problem does not happen, does anyone have an idea what it could be?

Thanks

Perhaps a power issue?
If the phone is powered by PoE, try using an AC adapter.

I would agree with Frank.

Some power supplies will power the phone but once you add extra devices or the phone gets more use (Sidecar, wifi dongle, two calls coming in, etc) the phone is going to pull more power and may fail or reboot without the extra power.

The T31P data sheet shows it needs the 5V/600ma power supply which, I think, is one of the lowest if not THE lowest power requirement from Yealink phones.
