T58W PRO isssues - stéphane - 07-12-2022 05:55 PM

Hi, ive been installing 10x T58W pro's but i have a few strange issues;

* Running technical support firmware now (150.86.0.32 ) but have the same issues on the latest supported firmware ( 150.86.188.2 ).

- when receiving an incoming call , the NAME ID (LDAP) only displays AFTER picking up that call, not when ringing..
- And after a few seconds, the display becomes black with an icon that video is not possible so we can't see CALLER ID and number anymore..

Someone can help me ?

150.86.188.2 is Dutch customize firmware from Yealink distributor Lydis.
Have you contacted them regarding this issue?

Yes, they said i had to try technical firmware but same issue and they don't know any solution.
