Hello,

I have a microphone problem on several WH62 headsets.
The mic stops working randomly.
I tried to reboot the PC / headset, reset headset, upgrade the firmware, uninstall the drivers but nothing to do the microphone still does not work.
However, when I plug the headset into another PC the mic works.
I have the problem on 6 headphones currently

Do you have a solution ?

Factory reset has worked for us.
This seems to be a recurring issues with many headsets we've had. Yealink needs to look into the issue

I have this problem which happens randomly, but also since the last update the microphone always remembers level 5 on the volume.

Even when I increase for a call, when I hang up then return a call the sound is low again (level 4 or 5) I don't understand why..

I did a reset but without success.
