WH62 microphone problem - NikolaB - 07-11-2022 11:09 PM Hello, I have a microphone problem on several WH62 headsets. The mic stops working randomly. I tried to reboot the PC / headset, reset headset, upgrade the firmware, uninstall the drivers but nothing to do the microphone still does not work. However, when I plug the headset into another PC the mic works. I have the problem on 6 headphones currently Do you have a solution ? Thanks in advance. Even when I increase for a call, when I hang up then return a call the sound is low again (level 4 or 5) I don't understand why.. I did a reset but without success. |
