Ring/Bip on Incoming Call with Auto Answer - eduardosaito - 09-03-2015 05:11 AM

Hi there,

We are using T20P phones here at work. Our customers complained that on incoming calls there is no sound (on headset) to warn them when a call comes. Same applies when a call is dropped.

All phones are set to auto answer mode. Is there a possibility to configure this ?

our firmware is 9.72.0.30.

thanks in advance.

Michael,

Thank you for such a fast answer.

I checked those options and tested, but it only rings on the handset. I would like the tone to ring on the headset on incoming call with auto answer enabled. Is this possible?

Haven´t used the .50 firmware yet. Is there a document that lists the new additions on each firmware for T20P?

Michael,

I tried the .50 firmware and for now we can´t use it due to some conflict with our Genesys SDK Agent Application.

I tried the Features/Audio/, option Ringer Device for Headset set to Use Headset and it´s working now.

Another complain is about end of call. Is there a way to bip/ring when a call is disconnected?
