When on a call, there is a transfer softkey that shows. On the T46S this is the bottom left key on the horizontal row of 4 keys.
I need to disable this transfer button. Is there a way to completely remove/hide it?
I've reviewed configurations and documentation and haven't found a solution. Searching didn't yield results either.
Any suggestions?
Reason: Our vendor, Twilio, doesn't support SIP REFER in the capacity that the phone does it. I plan to use a URL button as a replacement transfer feature. But I need to hide the native button so users don't use the wrong one.

According to your demand, here is a solution for you.
Please go to T46S's Website -> Settings -> Softkey Layout -> and follow my steps to change the settings.
Custom Softkey = Enabled
Call States = Talking
Change Selected Softkeys from selected to unselected
