Hear the ringtone in the headset - Reseau Web Plus - 05-25-2022 10:13 PM
Hello,
I have a T43U phone and I would like to say if is it possible to hear the ringtone in the headset connect to the phone. I can use the headset to talk but I don't hear the ringtone.

Hi,
Log in to your phone, then go to Features > Audio > Ringer Device for Headset and check if "Use Headset & Speaker" is selected.
