Hello everyone,

I have a customer who is having a ringtone problem, we sold him Yealink WH62 headsets and he has Yealink T42S phones, the headset is connected via USB, the phone detects the connection well but in the phone's USB options, I I have the mention "No USB attached".
When the client receives a call, the base of the helmet rings, the telephone also but it does not ring in the helmet (this annoys my client because he often travels with the helmet).
Is it a compatibility issue between the two? Would there be a solution to this problem?

Make sure you change the following setting on the T42S:

Features\Audio\Ringer Device for Headset. => set it to Use Headset & Speaker

Thank you for your answer, I have already made these checks and this parameter is correctly configured. When I put this setting in "headphones only", the headphones ring fine but I no longer have a ringtone on the phone...
