Brand new W56H out of the package registered to a W80DM using 3CX 18.0 Update 3. Upon handset registration, the base upgraded the firmware to 61.83.0.90 (should be 61.85.0.35) and is now stuck in a reboot loop. I can't do anything with the handset to get the proper firmware on it.
Suggestions? Is there a non-OTA firmware upgrade process?

I have a reboot loop issue with W52P if I register W56H or W73H.
How did you resolve your issue?
