Hello Yealink Community,
I am currently trying in vain to have all phone numbers stored in a 3CX displayed on a W56H handset. The manufacturer 3CX points to Yealink when asked.
Is there a workaround on the part of Yealink, so that all stored phone numbers in a phonebook entry are also displayed?

If you want to display all the phone numbers stored in a phonebook entry on a Yealink W56H handset, you can try a workaround by accessing the Yealink phone's web interface. Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Directory" section and locate the phonebook entry that you want to modify. By default, the "Number Type" field is set to "Office." You can change this to "Mobile" or "Home" to add additional phone numbers to the entry. Simply enter the additional phone numbers in the fields provided and save the phonebook entry.
