How do I get new firmware on these units?
Currently I am at...
Version
Firmware Version 66.83.0.55
Hardware Version 65.0.0.2.0.0.0
I have factory reset the phone
I have tried every version avialable to download and it fails everytime
Firmware Update Failed!

i have tried latest and a couple ones back...
I have factory reset the phone using ok button and gui...
i have manually tried to update firmware and let 3cx try...
always fails...
