We are having an issues with the DSS keys on the T43U and 46U phones. We will set the keys using YMCS and push the changes. At some point the line is changing from Line 1 to 0 in the config file. This is causing issues with the user putting callers on Park and other users not able to see the parked call. We can get the issue to reproduce immediately by deleting the config file in YMCS and pulling another.
We are speaking with a field engineer via email but I wanted to reach out to this forum to see if anyone else has experienced this issue and if they were able to resolve it?
