T57W Remote Phone Book - ohaldi - 11-17-2021 11:23 PM
Hello,
I have just installed some T57W phones. I also created from an EPR software an xml file with the phone numbers.
I placed this file on a website and included the link in Remote URL. Everything works fine.
However when an external call comes in, it shows me the caller's number but not the name of the person in the xml file!

Hi,
Please check if "Incoming/Outgoing Call Lookup" is "ON".

The problem is that I had spaces in my number, while the caller's number is compacted. Now it works
