I do not see the network directory when transferring calls - tredd1982 - 11-16-2021 12:45 AM Hi, i have an issue with Yealink handsets, they have access to the directory when idol, but when on a call and press transfer, then the directory key it only displays all contacts and is empty, i cannot find a way to enable visibility of the other directorys via auto provisioning cfg files , or tags. the handsets are on broadsoft platform. I have tested by web browsing to the gui and enabling the Network directory, and this works, but i cant ask a customer to web browse to all the handsets to do this. I have added tags to the user as %static.directory_setting.url% with the url of the favourite_settings.xml but this didnt work. The Handset files i can edit remotely are feature.cfg phone.cfg user.cfg webitemslevel.cfg |
