T58A Camera Error when transferring a call - sdunn - 11-04-2021 10:37 PM

I have a user that has a Yealink T58A phone WITHOUT the camera. The phone has worked fine for the last few monthly without any reported issues. Recently the user started having an issue such that when she goes to transfer a call, the screen goes black and the phone has an error stating "Camera not detected". There has never been a camera attached to her phone, and this only recently started being a problem. Has anyone else ever seen this or have a fix for it? I found in the phones web interface where I could disable video and I did, and it seemed to help for a bit then the issue came back. I just this morning factory reset the phone and set it back up if that makes any difference.
