T58A ringtone issue - user42491 - 10-11-2021 10:36 PM

No idea how this happened but somehow our ringtones got messed up. Now certain phones playing the internal ring for all calls and vice versa (only play outside ring even when internal). This followed after the phones once again crashed (having so so so many issues...). Would like to know how to fix. Doesn't seem like can be done from the user end in the phone.

What you can try to solve the issue is
- replace the power supply
- reset to factory default
