Hello,
On setting up my new T42S (after applying latest firmware update) and provisioning with my provider the envelope key prompted me to enter a key combination to save in order to enable it. Somehow I saved the key combination as .55 instead of *55 in order to access my voicemail.
So, of course now the envelope key doesn't go through to my voicemail when pressed. Sure, I have enable one of the other DSS keys to take me to my voicemail, but I'd prefer to have the envelope key do it for me like it does for all my other T42S phones.
How do I re program the envelope key to go to *55?

Hello,
You can change it via web GUI.
Go to Account > Advanced and change "Voice Mail" value.
See attached photo.
Also, you can change it via auto-provisioning by using this parameter.
voice_mail.number.X = *55
(X should be the account number you are using, for example 1.
