Busylight Presence Sync Failed (MP50 & BLT60) - tpackrat - 09-01-2021 10:02 PM

We just got a bunch of MP50 phones for use with Teams and I bought a BLT60 busylight to test. If I go into the setting on the phone and set the busylight to "sync", I get the error message "Busylight Presence Sync Failed", and the light remains off.

The light sort-of works if I set the busylight mode to "Available", but it stays green all the time except when I'm actually on the phone, it doesn't change according to the Teams presence and there's no indication of away mode or voicemail notification.

How do I get this to sync?
