T58A appears to have two firmware options:
T55(T58A,T56A)-58.15.0.131.rom
T58V(T56A)-58.86.0.20.rom
I am now on day 3 of a support ticket where i get a response around 3am everyday and they cannot seem to explain which of the two firmware options i should use. We are just trying to get teams to work on this phone, we previously have used T55s with no issue, we could not source another of those so we went with this T58A and now we cannot seem to make it work.

Turns out the T55(T58A,T56A)-58.15.0.131.rom was the one to use. The "magic" part was to use the unlocked license and to reboot (again) after applying the license and the firmware.
