T5 Series Caller ID to Internal Users - TSISara - 05-21-2021 03:51 AM

When any T5 series phones receives an Internal call from any other phone in their business group (does not matter if it is from a T5 Series or T4 Series), it shows the Business Caller ID name associated with the Calling Party Number and not the name of the user. (Example - ABC COMPANY x 100)

We have noticed this is not the case if an internal call is received on a T4 series phone - it will show up correct with the User Name and Ext (Example - John x 100)

Anyone else get this? How do you fix??

If the issue still exist, please kindly reproduce the issue and offer us trace files from one of the T5 phones and one of the T4 phones for further analysis as below:

a. Level 6 syslog
b. PCAP trace
c. Config.bin
