Hi Guys
I now have 2 clients who both has T54W's FWV 96.86.0.5, since the update to this firmware the phones have defaulted to a weird ringtone. If I change in the 3CX portal it has no affect on the phone. I have to log in to the phone and go to settings/Ring and change the external from 2(default that I want) to any other number, save it then turn it back to 2 and resave it. The provisioning template is what the phone shows but its the ring tone it uses until I do the above process, this keeps reverting too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
