Hi, we have 55A Teams version phones, always kept up to date with firmware & Teams App.
We are finding the phones are very slow, eg from home screen:
Click 'calls' takes 5-6 seconds.
Then click 'recent' takes 10 seconds, to list recent calls!
Click home take 1-2 seconds.
Click People takes 2-3 seconds.
Is this typical for this model?
Are these phones not up to running the Teams software, ie are they too underpowered to run the current Teams software?

I have the same issue, only a few but everyone is complaining about that.

What firmware are you guys on?
We have the same issue on 124 and was wondering if the firmware released last month (131) fixes it?
FYI, disabling the home screen helps somewhat.

We have Huge issues with these phones being slow, sometimes people cant hear us and is causing quite a few people to demand a change to a different system.
I actually somehow managed to put on he Skype for business firmware on and what a difference the interface and touch screen was lightening fast, so it seems this phone was only made for Skype rather than the Teams, but we cant leave that on here with support being dropped in 2023!!
