Hey,
Wondering if anyone has attempted to see if there is a way to get the headset to announce a incoming call. Even a little beep would do.
The headset has amazing range from our testing, only problem is if the receptionist is in the copier room with her headset on, she cant hear her phone ringing back at her desk....
Our old headset would have a beep beep noise so you knew there was a incoming call.

When Yealink USB Connect is opened you go to "Device settings" then in the "Basic setings" activate "Local ringtone" after this you should hear a sound when ringing.
Also check if is a deskphone that you have configured the "Ringer device for headset" in features/audio, choose "Use speaker&headset" for it.

It was the setting on the physical phone Features | Audio that i had to set. That did the trick.
