Hi, it appears that the T54w supports local conferencing with more than two parties, but not the T57w - can this be confirmed as the documentation is conflicting on this - thanks in advance.

Which firmware do you have on the T57W? It certainly does support 10 way conferencing in the newest firmware!
This is from x.85.0.5 firmware release notes (Yealink_SIP_Phones_Release_Notes_Of_Version_V85.pdf):
