Second registered SIP account disabled - YannVDC - 03-03-2021 08:57 PM Hello I do have a Yealink W60B at home and want to use with 2 SIP Accounts. As I moved from Austria to Switzerland, I have 2 local numbers. I have had this for years, until now with a Gigaset-Telephone, it broke a couple of weeks ago, so I had to replace it with the Yealink. So, I have both accounts registered (both are from the same provider), as I can see it both successfully. In the WebUI, both have the status "Registered". On the provider's website I can see that both Accounts are active, the configuration tells me, that a Yealink-phone is connected. I do also see both accounts on the Handset, but only with account number 1 I can make and receive phone calls. in the list of the 2 lines/accounts, the second one has a red telephone receiver with prohibition sign. What does that mean? With the handset you can make and receive calls with only one account? Log-in to the base, goto Account > Number Assignment > Incoming and Outgoing Lines and connect your handset with both accounts. The handset will ring when account 1 or 2 receive a call, and when you want to make a call you can select on the handset which account (1 or 2) you want to use. Hope this will help. |
