How do I connect the Sennheiser Impact SDW 5014 headset to the T46S?
The Sennheiser comes with a BTD800 dongle, which isn't detected as a Bluetooth dongle by the T46S when inserted in the USB port.
I also have the Yealink EHS40 Wireless Headset Adapter but there's no where for it to plug into the Sennheiser base station.
Yealink has latest firmware installed.

As far as I know Yealink do not support other dongle then Yealink dongles.
Note: The phone must run firmware v83 or higher.
