Missing softkey to End Call - Kabbott - 02-02-2021 10:23 PM We have Yealink T58A phones on the Zoom Phone network; Firmware is v. 58.85.3.4. Some users use Bluetooth headsets, and there doesn’t seem to be a one-touch way to end/hang up a call. To end a call, we have to either ·Put the call on hold; then the hangup button appears on the screen · Hit the physical headset button (this only disconnects the headset and changes to speakerphone), then hit the speakerphone button to end the call I went into the web interface of the phone, >Settings>Soft Key Layout, and enabled End Call, but it does not appear anywhere on the phone screen.
