What you can try is this:

Create a plain text file (e.g. features.cfg) and add next parameters:
#!version:1.0.0.1
features.power_saving.power_led_flash.on_time = 0
features.power_saving.power_led_flash.off_time = 100


Log in your phone, go to Settings > Configuration > Import CFG Configuration File then Select and Import the previous created cfg file.
If everything went well, the 2 parameters have been imported and your issue should be solved.

There is also a Provisioning Guide available, called "Yealink SIP IP Phones Auto Provisioning Guide V1.0.pdf"

Great, looks like it's fixed by uploading the home made cfg file, thank you, Frank!
I'm going to study on the provisioning guide to better understand how the phones work.
