We are running into situations where we bring a phone up on a power adaptor and it will not connect to WiFi. If we plug into a PoE switch the phone will then let us connect to it and will continue to operate on the power cord only. Are we not using the correct power adaptor or is this known behavior?

what is the rating on the power adapter output? i have a T54W running off a 5v 2.0amp and it has wifi connection just fine on WPA2-PSK network both 2.4 and 5 ghz
