Probably possible. See the Yealink guide Deploying and Managing Applications on Yealink Phones.
You'll need the Zoom APK uploaded to a server. You can get the APK here https://apkpure.com/zoom-cloud-meetings/us.zoom.videomeetings/download/52300-APK-a72801febacd0638b280db2eb7b8370c?from=versions%2Fversion

I am looking for same - link from MongoTEL is blank. We basically want the user to use this as normal SIP + the T58A+Camera is his Zoom Conference phone
