EHS36 dead with T46G - SCPCJNR - 10-22-2020 07:37 PM

I didn't realize there was FW for EHS36s. Anyway, we have multiple T46G / EHS36 / Jabra headset desk setups, and recently, a user couldn't get his headset to work. By swapping the various components, I found that the EHS36 seemed to be the culprit.
Is it a brick, or is there a way to do some diagnostics / upgrades to it? They were bought Oct. 12 2018 from Gentek (Canada).

Did that EHS36 unit work previously?

If you login to the web admin page for the phone does the EHS36 firmware version show on the Status page with the "Faulty" EHS36?

At the bottom of the page you should see something like:
Ext
EHS 1 Hardware Version 48.16.0.0
EHS 1 Firmware Version 3.16.0.0

If so how does the firmware version of the faulty unit compare with those that work?
