T46S Can't Factory Reset - mvpmedia - 10-19-2020 02:23 AM

I purchased several dozen T46S phones from a closed business. I cannot reset by holding down the OK button and admin/admin doesn't work. I tried TFTP with newer firmware, but still cannot reset to factory. I cannot set up zero-touch button to get another config file in to enable the OK reset button.

What else can I do?

The MAC for one of the phones is 805ec0596bc0

If TFTP flashing succeeded and it still got back the old settings then it is likely on Yealink RPS.
