Marking Weekly Upgrade Interval - breaks phone - ShaneTotalCare - 10-16-2020 04:02 PM We recently upgraded our T21P E2 firmware to 52.84.0.125 Under autoprovisioning, if we mark: Weekly: On Weekly Upgrade Interval (0~12week): 1 * Confirm * The phone seems unable to parse the configuration file anymore, and it fails to work. For instance, if I try to Export the configuration it returns a blank file. Other features (such as registration) stop working (presumably because the config is no longer parseable.). I have to factory reset the phone to make any setting changes. It works properly under firmware 52.84.0.10 Thanks for your help |
