Hi,
Is it possible to configure a T27G to have both a 3CX (ideally via autoprovision) as well as a standard SIP account? I've to date only used these with 3CX configs but a client asked if he could also configure his personal SIP account on it.

Hi,
Yes, this should be possible.
3CX only provision everything what has to do with account 1.
All other accounts are freely programmable.

Yes, this should be possible.
3CX only provision everything what has to do with account 1.
All other accounts are freely programmable.

I've tried connecting to the phone via the web interface after the auto provision but it has a totally different authentication box, and the original credentials don't work. Is this normal? What are these credentials? (I did try using the ones in the "phones" area of the 3cx management portal but they don't seem correct.

Okay, worked out I needed to use "admin" as the user. Now able to go into the Yealink settings and have setup the 2nd account with SIP. Works perfectly. Thanks for the help.
