How To: Dial URL via SIP server on SIP-T20P - ruiseixas - 05-12-2013 06:50 AM

Hi,

How do I make a call to a SIP URI address instead a SIP number?

I have a GetOnSIP account, like name@getonsip.com, and I want to call to other with same account type. So, how do I call other@getonsip.com...?

Regards,
Rui

You can make it happend with a speed dial on your phone and with some custom dialplan on your pbx. If you have asterisk, it would be easy.

Hi,

I received the phone yesterday, and is very easy to call sip addresses. You have 2 ways to do so, while calling pressing the Directory Key that switches between numbers (123) and letters (abc), or, with the Phonebook, that not only accepts numbers, but also, URL addresses! Big Grin
