Help with programing the same sip account in two slots - scorpio313 - 09-20-2020 02:19 AM

I programed my sip account into two different slots t41s (same account). When I disabled slot one I thought slot two would take inbound calls, but it doesn't. Only slot 1 takes inbound calls, slot 2 only makes outbound, but they are the same sip account. Do I need to change the port on slot 2? how do a fix

Hello,
I'm not sure what you try to achieve. As I understand it, you assigned your account to two different DSS keys.
But why would you want to do that? What is it you want to achieve?
Maybe you can elaborate and we'll find a solution for your needs.
