General VM mailbox - oneno - 09-17-2020 03:03 PM

Yealink question.
Hey everyone, newbie here. I took on the roll of managing our phone systems as our phone rep is pretty much non existent and I have a "general" IT background.
I need to setup a general phone in extension for attendance phone ins. Doesn't need to have a physical handset but just an extension that employees can leave a voicemail on that can be accessed by the people who need to retrieve the messages. We have a Yeastar S20 PBX firmware vs. 30.14.0.23 using a combination of T40G and T42S handsets. Not to sure where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

You should ask on the yeastar forum, you will need to do the programming on your PBX, The phones don't need to be touched.
