I plugged my new YHS33 headset in my T54W phone's RJ9 headset port, placed a call, pressed the headset button, no audio.
Anyone know what I am missing?

Silly rabbit ... it seems you can only have one headset plugged in at a time.
I tested the YHS33 on my desktop phone, I already have a Sennheiser SDW10 connected via Bluetooth. I should have considered this when I sent the original note!
