Some of my customers reporting their T21P E2 shows "Enter the last 5 digits of SN(back of phone) suddenly.
I knew that this is the authentication of RPS since 2020 but our customers not capable to reset factory default since I do not release Admin password to them which must input when reset .
Do anyone encountered the same issue ? The firmware of the T21P E2 using is "52.84.0.125" .I suppose the phones will bypass RPS and download configuration via my provision server directly after reboot.
