Hi,
I just had to downgrade 70 T4x phones at a new customer.
A call comes in, I talk to the caller and then want to do a blind transfer to an other number. This is no longer working with 66.85.0.5
(connected to a freeswitch PBX)
With 66.84.0.125 it works as it should.
Btw. a transfer without first talking to the caller works.
Maybe some code is missing or why else is the new rom 3MB smaller than the old ones?
This was very ugly. We needed 3 hours to find that, because we thought it might be a fault of the provisioning.
Also the new (big) customer was not amused that a 'standard' function was not working out of the box.

I'm not sure I understand.
Are these 2 lines not the same... transfer without talking = blind transfer?
Did the phones ship with f/w 66.85.0.5 or did you upgrade?
Just to be on the safe side, reset the phones to factory settings and try again.

Is this the same issue as this? Check out the newer firmware there.
