Hello,
We would like to use the device types CP960, T58A, T48S with Skype4B and Teams at the same time for our UC meetings for a transition period. Is this possible ? do I have to change the firmware? How is this with the certificates?

Thank you for reaching Yealink Support Team. This is Rick.
You cannot use sfb and teams at the same time. And CP960, T58A can support to upgrade to Teams firmware version, you can download from Yealink website. As for t48s, it cannot upgrade to Teams, but you can sign in with your Teams account on T48S sfb version to use some limited features.
