Hi,
I'm using a T46G phone and I tried updating it to the last firmware version (28.83.0.120) but I now have an issue that when I receive a call from someone in our phone book, only the number is displayed and not the name.
It appears that this has something to do with our phone provider company and that they only support a previous firmware (28.82.199.7).
Where can I find this previous firmware to perform a downgrade ?

Firmware 28.xx.0.xxx is standard firmware intended for International use.
Firmware 28.xx.199.x is customized firmware provided from your phone provider.
Please contact your phone provider for this firmware downgrade.
