LDAPs - Telefonbook - Tyrion - 06-09-2020 02:57 PM

Hello,

I bought a Yealink T54w and W60B with W56H - all are with lates firmware.
T54 and W60 are connected to LDAPs-Server to show remote phone book.

On T54 it works well (see pic).
Is it possible that W56H shows the same entries as T54?
Why shows W56H leading 0 in phone number?

Thank you for advice!

Hi Chris,

Have you tried a factory reset of the W60B first to see if this fixes the issue?
Please do this even if the phone is new out of the box.

Hello,

thank you for reply.
I did factory reset serveral times and I tried serveral LDAP Server.

Currently I have downloaded LOG files from both devices.
Maybe this way I figure out what causes this behavior.

May I wish you luck and hope you will find the causes of it.
Please report back if you find something.
